Tofflon JOY Collagen Powder Production Line

We offer a complete industrial production line designed for the extraction, purification, concentration and spray drying of collagen derived from fish processing by-products.

The production line is designed to process fish skin and fish bones into collagen powder using controlled enzymatic hydrolysis, mechanical separation, filtration, ion exchange purification, evaporation and spray drying.

The system integrates multiple processing stages into one industrial production solution.
