Microwave defrosting unit for rapid and waste-free thawing of frozen blocks of meat, poultry, fish, etc. Equipped with a chamber for cyclical operation (loading – thawing – unloading).

Ideal for defrosting frozen blocks within a few minutes (temperature change from -20 °C to -4/-2 °C). The blocks remain sufficiently chilled for further processing (such as mincing). The defrosting time from -20 °C to -2 °C may vary depending on the thickness of the blocks.
