The W2-C double-station industrial bin tipper is an essential automation component for internal material handling in medium and large food processing plants. This device is designed to facilitate operators' work, eliminate heavy manual labour, and accelerate technological processes when supplying raw materials to higher-level machines (such as vacuum tumblers, mixers, grinders, cutters, metal detectors, hopper loaders for packaging machines, or sorting lines).

The uniqueness of the W2-C model lies in its dual configuration (2x 200L), allowing simultaneous handling of two meat trolleys. This solution doubles the efficiency of the loading station, enabling smooth and continuous dosing of raw materials – while one trolley is being emptied, the second can be prepared for lifting, or the machine can mix two different batches of product directly during discharge.

The tipping process is performed in a controlled and safe manner. The rotation angle of the gripping cradle is designed to ensure complete, 100% emptying of the trolley, even with dense, sticky, or heavily chilled meat fillings and masses. The entire operation is controlled via an ergonomic and intuitive control panel, providing maximum operator safety at the workstation.
