Process flow:
Transport via incline conveyor to the vibrating table for singulation of the fruits. The fruit is then conveyed to the BEST Laser System LS 9000, which detects foreign objects and ejects them using approximately 80 air nozzles. The laser can be reprogrammed by running so-called good product (i.e., products without defects) through the machine. The laser registers the surface structure using a point cloud, enabling it to distinguish between good and defective products.

Afterwards, the product passes through a conveyor belt equipped with a metal detector and is subject to visual inspection. The product is then conveyed upwards again via incline conveyor for weighing and filling into tubular bags, with a maximum bag weight of up to 30 kg.

The tubular bag machine is also from Vollenda.
