General Description
The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are engineered to provide maximum frame rigidity, precise parallelism, and long service life for deep drawing applications requiring very high tonnage and large bolster areas. Thanks to its 8-gib H-frame construction, ram and bolster movements are stable and precisely controlled throughout the pressing operation.
The CHSP 1500/500 model, with a 1500-ton main ram and 500-ton cushion capacity, is designed for large-sized dies, deep drawing, and controlled forming operations. The stress-relieved welded steel frame offers high durability and reliability under heavy-duty industrial conditions.

General Description
The CRONOSSTECH 60/20 ton four-column hydraulic drawing press is a rigid and compact press solution designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and drawing applications. The four-column construction ensures stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the pressing process.
The frame, made from St52 quality steel, undergoes stress relief by vibration. Both ram and blankholder systems can be controlled independently; stroke and pressure settings can be precisely adjusted via the touchscreen panel.
Fitted with REXROTH or PARKER branded hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, it offers safe, efficient, and long-lasting operation. Thanks to its PLC-controlled structure, operator errors are minimized.
This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale drawing, deep drawing, die trial, and auxiliary pressing applications.
