General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are developed for heavy-duty deep drawing applications that require very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and precise blank holder force. The 8-gib H-frame design ensures high rigidity throughout the pressing process, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances over the entire stroke length for both the ram and table movements.

The CHSP 2500/800 model offers maximum stability, controlled material flow, and repeatable production performance for large and deep drawing tools with its 2500-ton main ram and 800-ton blank holder capacity. The welded steel frame, stress-relieved by vibration, is engineered for reliable and long-lasting use under heavy industrial conditions.
