General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-gibbed H frame construction, maximum rigidity is maintained throughout the pressing process; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances over the long stroke are stably preserved.

The CHSP 300/100 model, with a 300-ton main ram and 100-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity, is designed for deep drawing and spinning applications requiring high tonnage. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-term, reliable operation.
