SCM IDM LEVEL HD

IDM Level HD is an industrial single-sided edgebanding center designed for edge processing in standard furniture manufacturing.

The HD model belongs to the machines with a more robust construction and is suitable where stable edge quality is required at higher feed speeds.

This machine allows for complete panel processing in a single pass operation – from pre-milling, through adhesive application, to final edge finishing.
Thanks to the modular layout of the working units, the machine can process ABS / PVC edges as well as veneer.

The machine is used, fully cleaned, serviced, and ready for installation.

Technical equipment of the machine:

- Pre-milling unit – 2 counter-rotating motors; alignment of the incoming edge before edgebanding
- Gluing unit – EVA glue tank; electronic temperature control
- Pressure zone – main pressure roller + subsequent pressure rollers
- End trimming saws – 2 motors; clean trimming of edge ends
- Top and bottom milling units – copying; precise trimming of ABS/PVC edge
- Front corner rounding unit – radius machining of panel corners
- Rear corner rounding unit – finishing of corners at the panel exit
- Radius scrapers – final smoothing of the edge radius
- Flat scrapers – finishing adjustment of the surface edge
- Buffing unit – 2 polishing wheels for final shining of the edge
- Complete extraction system – connection for all working units
- Pneumatic pressure and adjustment – workpiece stability and precise regulation
- Manual fine adjustment – digital readouts and micrometric movements for precise setup
