Big Bag Emptying Station 2

The lime feed is one of the main parts of the desulphurization system. This one is part of such a system in one of the incinerators.

The main challenge was to ensure that the top could be removed by a forklift with a maximum height of 3 meters.

Features:
1. A vibration motor is provided on the big bag installation plate, for better lime shoveling.
2. The upper part is installed on the hopper with a window, where the place of their connection is provided with a seal.
3. A platform is provided for access to the window for opening the big bag.
4. The big bag is separated from the tray by means of a pneumatically operated valve. 5.
5. The tray is suspended on strain gauges to monitor sorbent availability and adjust sorbent delivery.

6. There is also a level sensor.
7. A mixer is provided in the tray. It also has a seal to prevent the sorbent from flying out of the system.
7. The steel structure is made with the expectation of installing a screw conveyor.
8. The steel structure provides unobstructed access under it for maintenance of the system elements.
