CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. High-quality steel, used for machine production, is cut, welded, and subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are equipped with additional reinforcements to achieve high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

Our machine tools are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo systems (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring appropriate acceleration and speed in each axis. Power transmission is handled via high-grade planetary gearboxes. Classic and proven helical racks are used in the X and Y axes, providing durability and accuracy.

CUTTING HEAD
Sheet cutting is performed with a water-cooled WSX head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam onto the material, ensuring precise cutting. The HSU system regulates the head height, compensating for material irregularities. The protective window, located between the nozzle and lens, shields the optics from molten metal spatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine uses a Raycus Laser source, featuring high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and high beam quality. This results in faster, more precise operation and reduces operator errors. The source is also resistant to back reflections—scattered beams returning to the laser. Excellent power stability assures efficient working while maintaining low energy consumption.

COOLING
Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specifically designed for fiber lasers. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The rear-positioned exchangeable work table minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table changeover takes just 10 seconds, giving operators time to remove cut parts and load new sheets while the laser works on the second table. This system guarantees highly efficient production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To maintain the machine in optimal condition—racks and guideways must be oiled every few days. The automatic system delivers scheduled, precise lubrication controlled through software. All parameters are programmable.
