Technical Description of the Lumber Repackaging Line

Purpose of the equipment:
The line is designed for automated repackaging of lumber, providing the following operations:

- Dismantling of kiln-dried (stickered) packs;
- Formation of transport (shipping) packs without stickers;

- Reverse repackaging: converting transport packs back into kiln-dried packs with stickers.

Functional features of the line:

- Automatic infeed of lumber packs;
- Layer-by-layer pack dismantling with separation and removal of stickers;

- Automatic sticker placement during the assembly of kiln-dried packs;
- Adjustable pack dimensions (width, height, length);
- Integration with sorting and conveying systems for lumber;
- Designed for continuous operation.

- Softwood and hardwood lumber;

- Width: 75–250 mm;
