For sale is our Mecolpress 200L fully automatic hot forging press system, which has been in use on our active production line and underwent a comprehensive overhaul and modernization in 2018.

The machine has been upgraded to meet current production standards: the electrical system has been renewed and equipped with a complete automation package. It is immediately ready for production and in full working condition.

Main Features and Advantages:

- Complete Overhaul: Mechanical and hydraulic components have been refurbished, worn parts replaced, and machine performance restored to factory settings. Guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation.

- Complex Part Production: Thanks to the 5-axis AP4 sub-press unit, it is possible to manufacture parts with complex internal geometries (such as valve bodies and Y-branches) which standard presses cannot handle.
- Production Ready: The machine is currently in operation and will be delivered to the buyer with a dedicated die set (flange and 4 inserts).
