Designed for joining smooth veneers from 0.3 to 1.5 mm thick (with the use of a different gluing system: from 0.3 – 2.5 mm), intended for use in production processes that involve high temperatures and tensile forces, such as longitudinal foil lamination of profiles or membrane press veneering.

The elements are bonded using urea glue. Glue application to the veneer edge takes place in the machine via an integrated application station with a glue reservoir.

The machine is equipped with a modern glue application system for one edge of the veneer, consisting of a dosing roller (immersed in glue), applying roller, and a precise glue dosing system.
