The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, Str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, company registration code 36225390, appointed pursuant to Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction, with ascending bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, Str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115. In case of non-award, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026, between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In case of sale, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into lei will be made on the invoice date, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation ('caiet de sarcini') required for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be valorized by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. It can be acquired at the office of the judicial liquidator or requested by phone to be sent by e-mail.

The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at the liquidator’s office at least 24 hours before the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of assets won by the successful bidder and will be refunded to those who are not awarded any asset.

In case of equal bids, the asset will be awarded to the bidder committing to pay the full price in the shortest possible term.

The payment term for the price is 5 business days from the moment of award. If the price is not paid in full, the successful bidder will lose the down payment deposited as guarantee and will no longer be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions organized.
