MACHINE CONDITION:
This ESTERER Frame Saw, Type LSH 65, was fully operational and in regular use up to three years ago.

TRANSFER AND PRICE:
Transfer takes place after full payment of the purchase price. The price is ex foundation and is to be paid directly to the seller on site after conclusion of the contract and before dismantling begins.

WARRANTY:
The seller assumes no warranty or liability—neither prior to nor after the handover of the specified machine. The machine is sold as inspected. The buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase.

DISMANTLING:
All dismantling, including lifting equipment, auxiliary devices, and transport, is the responsibility of the buyer. Handover of the machine takes place on site. Any damage to the building resulting from the dismantling must be repaired by the buyer or will be invoiced separately.

Completion of the purchase will be mutually confirmed by a purchase agreement.
