For sale: Panasonic robotic TIG welding workstation, purchased from ValkWelding. Workstation includes: Panasonic TM 1400 G3 robot (6 axes, 1437 mm reach, 6 kg payload), two-axis L-positioner PD1000/500, Tetrix 352 AC/DC Synergic CW TIG welding unit, accessories, and safety equipment.

The workstation is unique in that, besides steel and stainless steel, it can also safely weld aluminum. The process is very well synchronized with the wire feed. It is capable of seam tracking and responds to arc height variations. A very versatile piece of equipment.

Selling this set because our initial capacity expectations were not met (we do not have sufficient volume in the hundreds/thousands of pieces for it). Over its lifetime (approx. 5 years), the workstation has only been switched on for about 200 hours, and actual welding during test runs totaled less than an hour. Thus, it is practically in as-new condition. It is a shame for it just to "collect dust." All support is provided directly by ValkWelding. Upon sale, installation, commissioning, and staff training can be arranged by them as agreed.
