The Supfina 200 superfinishing device is an attachment for machining cylindrical shafts using stone finishing technology. It is suitable for processing pre-ground or fine-turned surfaces. The unit performs an oscillating movement, and workpiece infeed is either provided by a pneumatic cylinder or via the lathe's support.

Thanks to its easy installation on a lathe, the Supfina 200 superfinishing device is particularly well suited for repair work, custom manufacturing, and small-batch production. The device is highly robust and thus ideal for continuous and multi-shift operation.

The continuously adjustable oscillating stroke between 0 and 5 mm remains nearly constant even under load. This allows groove finishing between shoulders to be performed reliably and without overlap, even with small recesses (under 1 mm).

For economical processing, diameters from 1 to 300 mm are recommended for short workpieces.
