DESCRIPTION:
We offer a manual lathe Bezinger TLI 10 specifically designed for the production of wedding rings and special applications. The machine utilizes diamond tools for precise machining and a flawless polish of rings, enabling high-accuracy processing of internal, lateral, and external surfaces, including radii.
Specialized separate fixtures allow individual operations to be performed without the need for adjustments or accessory changes.
- A unique feature of this lathe is vacuum chip extraction via a vacuum cleaner hose (vacuum cleaner not included in the offer)
- In addition to fixtures for gold processing, the machine also includes additional attachments for the production of platinum rings.
- The sales package includes sets of clamps for internal clamping of rods and tubes in 4 different widths. Each set contains 40 sizes of clamps.
