Samzon PT1800-20

Samzon Pile Turner PT1800-20 is a stationary pile turner designed for rotating pallets, aligning products, changing pallets, or handling damaged pallet layers. This machine can accommodate very long pallets — up to 3,500 mm — and the platforms can be lowered to a minimum of just 400 mm. The pallet is loaded into the machine using a pallet truck or hand pallet jack. The pile turner can rotate the load 180 degrees or up to a horizontal position, as required. The platforms press together against the pallet and are stopped by a pressure switch, which is easily adjustable.

When changing pallets, either due to a defective pallet or to switch to a plastic pallet, the new pallet is placed on top of the product. The platforms press down on the product, rotate 180 degrees, and the product now rests on its new pallet.
