Controller:
The controller is the central unit of the REA JET HR printer. It is manufactured to a high standard, featuring a robust stainless steel IP65-rated enclosure.
The controller enables:

- Connection to REA JET HR printheads
- Functions as the central processing unit
- Communication interfaces: USB, RS232, Ethernet
- Operation, configuration, and data transfer from existing systems
- Ink level and essential print parameter monitoring

Marking Printhead:
Smart printhead with memory. The intelligently designed head provides practical advantages:

- Compact design – just 176mm long
- Simple and convenient cascading of printheads
- Reliable cartridge replacement with locking lever (automatic power-off)
- Integrated product sensor
- Well-designed mounting options
- The head can be mounted on a special parallelogram bracket to press it against the product
- Reads and transmits information to the controller (ink level, print parameters)

Cartridge:
REA JET offers over 100 types of inks in HP-TIJ cartridges. Key advantages include:

- Each cartridge contains a microchip
- The chip provides several crucial benefits: not only monitoring ink levels and print parameters but also many additional functionalities for improved usability. The chip ensures high reliability in operation and consistently high print quality.
- When the cartridge is replaced (e.g. for a different product type), most information is saved and automatically recalled when the cartridge is used again. This includes the remaining print capacity, preventing ink waste.
