The Jet Bicarplast cabinet automatically cleans anilox rollers using sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) without damaging the ceramic or chrome coating. Cleaning a roller measuring 2500 mm in length takes approximately 35 minutes, depending on the level of contamination and the rotation speed.

The abrasive material used during the process is extracted by the system, making it easy to remove and safe for disposal with regular household waste.
