The coordinate drilling machine has been with its original owner for 41 years and features the rare option of a motorized table drive/rapid traverse in the X and Y axes, as well as potentiometers. The stepless feed in the X axis also allows for light milling and surfacing operations. This eliminates the need for laborious manual cranking, as is the case with all other Hauser coordinate drilling machines.

The machine features thermal stabilization and expansion compensation. To this end, 2 heaters are provided, which are switched on separately before starting work and to maintain high accuracy and dimensional accuracy. This explains the factory-high positional accuracy of 0.002 mm.
It is worth mentioning that the machine has two Heidenhain digital displays with a total of 4 glass scales with 1My resolution, also for the quill feed. This is a great advantage for precise drilling and surfacing in depth with Wohlhaupter, spindle tools, etc. With the options mentioned and in this first-class condition, it is very rare and most likely no longer available in this form.
