EVERISING P-100C

The Everising P-100C circular saw is designed for high-production and highly efficient cutting of steel materials. It is a fully automatic saw equipped with a bar feeder, minimizing the machine’s dependence on operator intervention. Operation of the saw is easy and intuitive via a touch screen display. The operator can choose from up to one hundred different pre-set jobs, which specify the diameters, lengths, and cutting conditions, so there’s no need to re-enter cutting parameters. The saw head assembly is mounted on preloaded linear guides, with a servomotor driving the cut via a ball screw, ensuring smooth and precise cuts. The saw is mounted on beams filled with a polymer composite, which dampens vibrations and increases blade life—since unwanted vibrations can have a significant impact on blade longevity. The circular saw comes with a 6-meter gravity infeed conveyor with a material magazine. The machine's frame has been deliberately over-engineered, ensuring high reliability and extended service life. The clamping system features a robust design with adjustable clamping force, providing optimal securing for solid materials as well as regulated clamping for profiles to prevent deformation. Also included is a vertical clamping vice, which compensates for any material curvature and ensures the most perpendicular cut possible. Material feeding is powered by a servomotor and ball screw, with the feed vice traveling at up to 60 m/min while maintaining maximum feeding accuracy for the cut, delivering the shortest possible cycle times. The circular saw features optical material detection, guaranteeing quick and accurate detection of material on the feeder. Cutting is cooled with an oil mist system, spraying oil with air above the cut to reduce friction and ensure efficient blade cooling.
