The DWS UV Curing Unit XL offers an impressive curing volume specifically designed for the dimensions of the platform of the DWS XPRO Series. It is engineered with a timer enabling the user to set an exact time of the curing process (up to 180 min). At the same time, the machine boasts ease of use, intuitive controls, and ergonomic design. In addition, it offers thoughtful safety features, such as a smart door lock mechanism as well as forced inner ventilation for the user’s comfort and safety.

The DWS UV Curing Unit XL is tailored to professional SLA 3D printing applications as the final stage of production. As a supporting device, it performs the secondary solidification of the models built by the DWS SLA printers. Even if perfectly formed, the printed models need an additional exposure to a specific UV light source to complete the polymerization and stabilization of their structure. With post-curing, not only does the model obtain a refined and smooth outlook but, more importantly, it becomes really durable and resistant.

The DWS UV Curing Unit XL offers a large curing volume of 19.7 x 15.7 x 20 in (500 x 400 x 510 mm) that can hold a complete platform belonging to such DWS printers as the XPRO S, XPRO SL, XPRO Q, and XPRO QL including their HR versions.



Controls
The DWS UV Curing Unit XL features simple and convenient user controls making for a smooth operation experience. One can start the machine by pushing a standard on/off button. The unit also comes with a built-in OLED 2.4" display allowing to set the curing time up to 180 minutes, which is more than enough for a large batch of SLA 3D printed parts.

The DWS UV Curing Unit XL features a white body and two doors with pink transparent windows.
