The DWS UV Curing Unit XL is a professional large-format curing device recommended for SLA 3D printers by the Italian manufacturer DWS. The XL curing machine is equipped with a powerful UV light source ensuring the unit’s reliable performance in terms of heat and light distribution. Even if perfectly formed, the printed models need an additional exposure to a specific UV light source to complete the polymerization and stabilization of their structure. With post-curing, not only does the model obtain a refined and smooth outlook but, more importantly, it becomes really durable and resistant.

The DWS UV Curing Unit XL offers a large curing volume of 19.7 x 15.7 x 20 in (500 x 400 x 510 mm) that can hold a complete platform belonging to such DWS printers as the XPRO S, XPRO SL, XPRO Q, and XPRO QL including their HR versions.



Controls
The DWS UV Curing Unit XL features simple and convenient user controls making for a smooth operation experience. One can start the machine by pushing a standard on/off button. The unit also comes with a built-in OLED 2.4" display allowing to set the curing time up to 180 minutes, which is more than enough for a large batch of SLA 3D printed parts.

Look and feel
The DWS UV Curing Unit XL features a white body and two doors with pink transparent windows.
