ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welding machine was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH but has been in use since 2017. This mobile laser welder is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9 kW laser beam power), enabling repair and modification of various components such as dies, molds, injection molds, tools, and machine parts at any chosen location. Welding is performed in a semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head, allowing access to the interior of welded components. The system is operated using a computer, joystick, and footswitch. The machine is in excellent technical and visual condition, regularly serviced.
